CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF CATHOLIC EDUCATION IN SALE
Our school is a place of faith and learning
Dear Parents and Families,
This week, we were pleased to hear that our children will be returning to school.
As outlined previously, our junior school is scheduled to return on May 26th and all students are to be back on site on June 9th. Monday 25th May will be a school closure day and there will be no onsite learning.
Students in Years 3 to Year Six will continue Remote Schooling at home until Tuesday 9th June.
Exceptions include:
- children of parents who cannot work from home;
- children who are not able to be supervised at home and no other arrangements can be made; and
- vulnerable children.
Please know that there will be protocols in place to ensure the safety of children and visitors onsite. We will receive further directives from our Head Office. Details will be released next week. The daily operations, movement of children and use of spaces will most likely alter.
We hope families had a chance to take part in the cybersafety webinar organised for school families last night. There will be another opportunity if you missed last night’s session.
Video of the webinar will be available until May 25th 2020 via the following link and you will be able to watch it at your convenience.

As we continue with Remote Schooling for older students, we recognise the need to continually reinforce the message of online safety. We thank parents for their support in this area.
Today, our shipping container is being removed after serving the purpose of providing storage for a variety of items over many years. We have also managed to remove a number of items from the hall loft. Administration staff have been very busy organising documents to be archived offsite and I thank them all for taking responsibility for this enormous task.
Thank you to families who have shared enrolment details with friends. We are receiving a number of enquiries for our 2021 Foundation classes. Details will go out to kindergartens next week, together with advertisements in local papers. Enrolments will be open during Term 2 2020 with details regarding Open days and Enrolment Interviews to be shared in Term Three.
Enjoy your weekend.
Take Care
